Lüster is the professional chemical products brand of 4F Services Sagl, based in Novazzano, Canton Ticino. The raccoon is our mascot: agile, precise, tireless — and obsessed with cleanliness, just like us.
The story
4F Services was born in Ticino as a professional maintenance services company. Years in the field — kitchens, workshops, warehouses — showed us the same pattern again and again: watered-down products, improvised procedures, unpredictable costs. From that experience Lüster was born: not another detergent, but a complete system of concentration, protocols and training.
The raccoon
In nature, the raccoon washes and inspects everything it touches, with agile paws and surprising precision. It is the perfect symbol of our work: targeted interventions, attention to detail and cleanliness that lasts. Each line has its own raccoon: fluo green for EcoLine and blue for EcoFactory.
The mission
To solve, once and for all, the problem of maintenance, cleaning and sanitization for Ho.Re.Ca., Automotive and SMEs. We don't sell bottles: we deliver a method that eliminates recurring inefficiencies — runaway costs, untrained staff, results that fade within a day.
