Privacy Policy
This policy describes how 4F Services Sagl processes personal data collected through luster-shop.ch, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Order data (name, delivery address, e-mail, phone, cart contents), contact form data (name, e-mail, phone, message, sector), technical browsing data (anonymised IP address, device type, pages visited) and — only with consent — campaign parameters (UTM) and advertising tracking events. Payment data (card, TWINT, PayPal) is processed directly by Stripe: we never store your card details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Order fulfilment and support (contract performance), answering enquiries (legitimate interest), accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), campaign measurement and usage statistics (only with your consent via the cookie banner).
4. Who processes your data
Stripe Payments Europe (payments), IONOS (mail server for transactional e-mails and agent communications), Odoo (ERP for order, customer, quotation and B2B order portal management), the website hosting provider. Deliveries are made by 4F Services Sagl's own staff: delivery data is never shared with third-party couriers. Meta and TikTok pixels are activated exclusively after your explicit consent in the cookie banner. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Transfers abroad
Some providers process data outside Switzerland/EU. Transfers take place to countries with adequate protection or on the basis of appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
Order data is kept for 10 years (Swiss Code of Obligations accounting duties), contact enquiries up to 24 months after handling, cookie consents until revoked.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or restriction of your data at any time, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@luster-shop.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, Switzerland).
8. Cookies
Essential technical cookies, no consent required: cart and shop session (session), preferred language (12 months), the cookie consent itself (luster-consent, 12 months), order portal session. Analytics cookies, only with consent: UTM campaign parameters (until order or 30 days). Marketing cookies, only with consent: Meta pixel (_fbp, ~90 days) and TikTok pixel (_ttp, ~13 months). You can change or withdraw any consent at any time via «Cookie settings» in the footer.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated in case of legal or service changes. The version published on this page applies.
