Mandatory staff training
Every member of the retailer's staff who comes into contact with the product or the customer must be trained by Lüster on correct product use and correct dilutions. No one operates without this training — because wrong advice costs the customer more than a product.

We listen
Every customer report of poor service or misinformation is taken seriously and carefully verified.
We verify
If reports are repeated and confirmed, the Official Retailer qualification is revoked: the required standard is not negotiable.
We reassign
The title and the area/channel exclusivity are reassigned to a more deserving retailer who proves they can guarantee the required standard.
