Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions govern purchases made on the online shop luster-shop.ch operated by 4F Services Sagl. By confirming an order, the customer declares full acceptance of these terms.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders of Lüster-branded products placed via luster-shop.ch, for business and private customers with delivery in Switzerland.
2. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including 8.1% VAT. Manifest errors excepted, 4F Services Sagl reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of the order prevails.
3. Order and contract formation
Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer. The contract is formed upon the order confirmation sent by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of unavailability, pricing errors or failed payment, notifying the customer without delay.
4. Payment
Payment is made in advance via the secure Stripe platform (credit cards, TWINT, PayPal). The charge occurs upon order confirmation. No payment data is stored on our systems.
5. Shipping and delivery
Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland. Shipping cost: CHF 19.90; free for orders of CHF 300 or more. The indicative delivery time of 3-5 working days is not binding. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the indicated address.
6. Professional chemical products
Many products are intended for professional use. The customer is required to read and follow the technical data sheets (TS) and safety data sheets (SDS) available in the «Document centre» before use, and to adopt the precautions indicated therein.
7. Returns and defects
Under Swiss law there is no general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged or non-conforming products reported within 14 days of delivery to info@luster-shop.ch with photo and order number. The product must be returned intact and unused; once the defect is confirmed, we will replace or refund.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 4F Services Sagl is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or use not in accordance with the technical and safety data sheets.
9. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, texts, images and site content are the property of 4F Services Sagl or the respective owners and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction: Novazzano/Mendrisio (Canton Ticino).
11. Orders via the B2B order portal
Orders placed through the order portal reserved for agents and registered professional customers are concluded upon submission and are governed by these terms, with the following specifics: applicable prices are those of the price list assigned to the customer in Odoo at the time of the order; unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is made by invoice with 30-day terms; price offers («OF-» documents) are valid for 30 days and constitute neither a purchase obligation for the customer nor a supply commitment until converted into an order; third-party brand products (Beta, IPC, Lamber, PR Global and others) are supplied subject to manufacturer availability, with prices marked «on quotation» to be confirmed at order time. The sales network of 4F Services Sagl acts as an intermediary: the contract is always between the customer and 4F Services Sagl.
