The problem
What happens every day without the right product
Baked-on grease
Ovens, griddles and hoods build up carbonised grease layers that generic cleaners can't touch.
Smoke and smells
Burnt residue releases smoke and bad odours at every cooking session.
Hygiene at risk
Old grease contaminates food and won't go unnoticed in hygiene inspections.
The solution
Professional alkalinity: degreases where others stop
High alkalinity saponifies and lifts carbonised grease: apply, let it work, and the grime releases without heavy scraping.
